Membership

MPC Rewards is our four-tier rewards program that allows members to earn points every time they use their membership card at the Club. As you earn more points, you move up reward tiers and unlock even more benefits.

Your reward tier is based on the points you earn over a rolling 12-month period.

There are four MPC Rewards tiers:

• Bronze – Entry level

• Silver – 500 points

• Gold – 4,000 points

• Platinum – 10,000 points

The more you use your membership, the higher your tier and the greater your rewards.

Moving Up

By the 15th of each month, your points earned up to the end of the previous month are reviewed. If you’ve earned enough points in the past 12 months, you’ll be upgraded automatically.

Moving Down

Tier reviews also occur on 15 January and 15 July each year. If required, your tier may be adjusted based on your points earned in the previous 12 months.

During the month of your birthday, swipe your membership card at the front kiosk to receive:

Birthday Bonus Points

• Platinum: 2,000 points

• Gold: 1,000 points

• Silver: 500 points

• Bronze: 250 points

Birthday Bistro Voucher

• Platinum: $40

• Gold: $30

• Silver: $20

• Bronze: $10

Birthday bonus points are awarded on the first swipe during your birthday month. Bonus points are a gift and do not count toward tier progression.

All MPC Rewards members enjoy:

• Member pricing on food and beverages

• The ability to use points to purchase food and beverages

• Access to member-only promotions and offers

Additional benefits increase as you move up reward tiers.

Please note: Social Members do not receive member discounts or birthday bistro vouchers.

You earn points whenever you use your membership card at The Moonee Ponds Club:

• Food purchases: $1 spent = 1 point

• Beverage purchases: $1 spent = 1 point

• Daily visit bonus: Points awarded when you swipe your card at the entrance kiosk (once per person, per day)

What are they worth?

• 100 points = $1

• Points can be used to pay for food, beverages, showcase items, and other goods at the Club

• Points are redeemed at 1 point = 1 cent

Each time you swipe your card at the entrance kiosk, you’ll earn bonus points based on your tier:

• Platinum: 100 points per day

• Gold: 50 points per day

• Silver: 20 points per day

• Bronze: 10 points per day

Depending on your tier, you’ll receive a monthly bonus on the points you’ve earned:

• Platinum: 50% bonus

• Gold: 20% bonus

• Silver: 10% bonus

• Bronze: No monthly bonus

Monthly bonus points are automatically applied at 8am on the first day of the following month.Depending on your tier, you’ll receive a monthly bonus on the points you’ve earned:

• Platinum: 50% bonus

• Gold: 20% bonus

• Silver: 10% bonus

• Bronze: No monthly bonus

Monthly bonus points are automatically applied at 8am on the first day of the following month.

• Bronze, Silver and Gold members: Points must be redeemed by 31 December each year. Any unused points will be forfeited, but forfeited points still count toward future tiering.

• Platinum members: Points do not expire unless there is a breach of Club Rules.

You can check your:

• Reward tier at any point-of-sale terminal, the front kiosk, or by asking our friendly staff

• Points balance at the entrance kiosk or by asking a staff member

(Please note: your balance shows available points, not total points earned over 12 months.)

Membership renewals are due every year on the 31st of August.

We will send out communication via email and SMS to keep you up to date.

Yes. Members may opt out of MPC Rewards at any time by notifying the General Manager in writing.

• Memberships, points and rewards are not transferable

• Suspended, excluded or expelled members will forfeit all accrued points
