Our Annual General Meeting is held once a year and gives members an update on the Club, including our annual report and financial statements.

It’s also an opportunity to discuss Club business and elect members of our Board of Directors.

The AGM gives our members the opportunity to stay informed and involved in the Club.

It’s a chance to look back at the year, hear what’s happening around the Club, raise general business and help shape the Club moving forward.

Absolutely! Nominations are now open for three Director positions, with each position serving a two-year term.

Nomination forms are available from the bar or can be requested via email.

Completed nominations should be addressed to the Returning Officer, c/o the General Manager at 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds 3039 VIC.

Along with your completed nomination form, you’ll need to provide a National Police Check that is less than three months old.

Anyone wishing to sit on the Moonee Ponds Club Board must also become an Associate Individual with the VGCCC. More information about this is available on the VGCCC website.

Nominations close at 6:00pm on Monday 12 October 2026, which is 28 days before the AGM.

Make sure your nomination and required documents are submitted before the deadline.

The meeting will cover:

1. Opening and apologies

2. Confirmation of the previous AGM minutes

3. Financial statements and the Annual Report

4. Any motions submitted in accordance with the Club’s rules

5. Annual subscriptions and joining fees

6. General business

7. Election of Board members

8. Close
